Our community is gorgeous, like many in the Puget Sound region. We live with extraordinary neighbors who are involved with the community...I like that. Camano waters sparkle with activity. We are surrounded by the Cascade and Olympic Mts.; yet, we are only one (1) hr. away from Seattle with no ferry lines/expense.
Born in Seattle, I graduated from Occidental College and later received my Master's degree in Public Affairs/Admin. I met my husband, David, at the Boeing Co. where we negotiated multi million dollar military contracts. David and I used to show Welsh Corgies; now we pet every dog we see. Volunteering for the Stanwood YMCA and Camano Island Library during fundraising campaigns brought outstanding results. Supporting the Stanwood/Camano Food Bank and church missions, especially one that hinders the trafficking of women and children, brings me great satisfaction. Connecting with family, strolling the beach or playing a round of golf adds balance to my busy lifestyle.
Listening to concerns and needs is critical to my success in finding or selling your home. As a respectful, forthright problem solver, I have committed to improving my real estate skills since 1998. Every age group, including first time homebuyers, have unique requirements which I fully embrace. As a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (those age 65+) I continue to maintain a tradition of excellence through patience and compassion.
I’m determined to make your buying or selling experience exciting and informative. Knowing how to price and negotiate a property helps you make significant financial decisions. As your guide I am committed to building a relationship based upon trust. Experienced, compassionate, successful.
